One Piece is a popular anime series from the 90s that follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his pirate crew, the Straw Hats. Luffy recently achieved the title of Yonko by defeating the powerful Kaido in a one-on-one battle. The crew includes diverse members such as the King of Hell, a prince of the Germa Kingdom, a former War Lord, a Devil Child, and several devil fruit users.
Currently, the Straw Hats are facing off against CP-0, the Marines, and Kizaru at Egg Head, showcasing their progress since the Wano arc.
While all members of the crew are capable, their strengths vary. Here’s a ranking of the Straw Hats from weakest to strongest:
Luffy
Luffy is definitely the strongest member of the Straw Hat Pirates. He is the fourth Emperor of the Sea and has amazing power. He can hold his own against the Yonko of the One Piece world. Luffy uses the abilities of the Gomu Gomu no Mi in incredible ways and keeps getting stronger.
Zoro
Roronoa Zoro is considered the strongest member among the Straw Hat Pirates. He was introduced in the series as a Pirate Hunter and joined the Straw Hat crew to ensure his safety. In Wano, Zoro displayed his strength by leaving a permanent scar on Kaido and defeating the King. After defeating Kaido’s vice-captain, Zoro received a bounty of 1.111 billion berries, second only to Luffy, who had 3 billion berries.
Sanji
Sanji is one of the strongest members of the Straw Hat Pirates, known as the crew’s chef and a key member of the Monster trio. He hails from the royal bloodline of the Germa Kingdom and is nicknamed “Black Leg.” In Wano, Sanji displayed his strength by awakening the same power as his brothers during a battle against the Queen. He emerged victorious after a heated battle with Kaido’s second-strongest commander, defeating Queen. Currently, his bounty is 1.320 billion Berries higher than before, showcasing his growing reputation.
Jinbe
Jinbei is a former Warlord of the sea and the former captain of the Sun Pirates. He was also an ally of the Yonko, Big Mom. Due to his actions as a pirate, Jinbei is known as the “Knight of the Sea” because of his impressive strength on the open seas. Jinbei has faced off against Yonkos and their commanders multiple times, demonstrating his ability to defend himself.
Big Mom’s Conqueror’s Haki had no effect on him, and even Admiral Akainu couldn’t defeat him during their brief encounter. He is both respected and feared, and he is undeniably one of the strongest members of the Straw Hats, as evidenced by his one billion Berry bounty.
Chopper
Despite demonstrating great strength compared to the other two weaker members of the group during the Wano arc, Chopper is unfortunately still part of the weak trio. His devil fruit, Hito Hito no Mi, gives him combat abilities, as demonstrated during the battle against Queen when his monster point allowed him to attack and somewhat keep Queen occupied until two other powerful characters join the battle. After the Wano arc, his bounty rises to 1000 berries.
Franky
“Franky has superior combat skills, proven in multiple battles, unlike any other previous entrant. In One Piece’s Dressrosa arc, he defeated Senor Pink, and in the previous arc, he defeated Sasaki. He is considered one of the best Straw Hats and the most loyal One Piece characters. His bounty after the Wano arc is 394,000,000 berries.”
Brook
Brook, known as the “Soul King,” spent 50 years drifting around the Florian Triangle after losing his crew. The Straw Hat Pirates rescued him, and he quickly became a valuable member of the crew. Brook possesses the Revive-Revive Fruit, which allows him to come back to life and gives him soul-related abilities. He combines these powers with his swordplay and musical skills to defeat his opponents. Brook is considered the fastest member of the Straw Hats and can even run on water due to his speed.
Nico Rabin
Nico Robin, initially an enemy of the Straw Hats, later joins them and establishes herself as one of the most formidable pirates on the Grand Line. Known as “the Devil Child,” she possesses the Flower-Flower Fruit abilities, enabling her to easily defeat most opponents by sprouting parts of her body, such as hands or eyes, on surfaces near them. Even as a child, Robin displayed exceptional strength by evading the World Government. Her recent power-up during the Wano arc against Black Moria further solidifies her position as one of the strongest members of the Straw Hats.
Usopp
Certainly, Usopp is considered one of the weakest Straw Hat members, and his performance in the Wano arc served as evidence of his weakness. While everyone else tried to help Luffy during his battle with Kaido, Usopp was the only one who was running from the enemy.
Throughout the Wano Arc, every Straw Hat member received a power-up, whether it was Robin’s Demon form or Sanji’s Germa awakening. However, Usopp was the only one who did not receive any power-ups. This doesn’t necessarily mean that Usopp will always remain the weakest member.
Nami
Nami joined the Straw Hat Pirates as their navigator and played a vital role in the story. She was the second crew member to join after Zoro and has since helped the Straw Hats with navigation many times. In terms of physical strength, Nami is the weakest of the Straw Hats, relying on her clever tricks and strategies in battle. During the Wano arc, Nami was heavily injured and later saved by Usopp, who carried her around. Her efforts in Wano were recognized by the World Government, earning her a bounty of 366 million berries.
