Frankenstein: Legacy Plot Summary [2024]
Frankenstein: Legacy is a 2024 thriller drama featuring Juliet Aubrey as Millicent, Michelle Ryan as Lady Charlotte, Katie Sheridan as Clara Browning, and Paul Tonkin as Captain Walton. The film picks up in 1790 on Little Bourke’s ship in the Arctic Ocean. A man named Victor Frankenstein (Andrew McGillan) finds help at Little Bourke’s after being stuck on the ice for a long. However, before getting unconscious, Victor talks about a creature, a demon, and the pursuit.
As soon as he got the chance, Higgins (Robert Dukes) picked up Victor Frankenstein’s dairy and went to sell it. However, he gets betrayed by the buyer, who stabs him and starts experimenting on him. However, his experiment turns into failure, and he gets killed. In the same way, Victor Frankenstein’s diary is being passed from one person to another, and in the meantime, people are losing their lives. At last, Millicent gets the diary and brings it with her to London, England.

Millicent’s husband, Robert Browning, suffers from a degenerative illness that leaves him unable to walk. Do not want to see him suffer anymore, Millicent takes responsibility to cure his illness. She is a brilliant scientist on her own. However, after discovering Victor Frankenstein’s diary, Millicent brought it. Victor Frankenstein is a famous scientist with a rumor surrounding creating a monster. After bringing the diary with her to London, England, Millicent starts experiencing it without wasting time.
Her first success comes after the dead mouse comes back to life. However, the mouse becomes more aggressive and bites her finger, so she kills the mouse.

Millicent cannot believe that her husband, Robert, is no longer with her. After losing her feelings, Millicent wants Robert back into her life. At St. Dowson’s Asylum, two patients mysteriously disappeared, and no one had any information about the missing. However, Brammings (Jonathan Hansler) believes that they do not want to stay anymore.
To understand the matter, Willian decides to go to the trustees, and one of them is his mother, Millicent. However, after talking to his Mother, Millicent helped with arranging the trustee’s meeting.
On the other hand, Willam and Liza look for clues in the asylum when Willian discovers that his mother is responsible for everything.
Each connects all the clues like his mother’s strange behavior and his father’s grave wasn’t in a cage. Further, he understands that his mother will use his body as a test subject.

Willian is shocked after finding his father in the basement of his home. He can’t believe his mother created a monster of his father. However, Lady Charlotte arrives on the scene after Millicent tries to stab her son for final sacrifice. She also looks shocked after finding Millicent created a monster.
During the tug-of-war between William and Lady Charlotte’s men, the monster gets loosened and saves William. Moreover, the monster choked Millicent to death and ran from the place.
Later, Lady Charlotte explains about the Victor Frankenstine dairy. Rather than keeping the diary for herself, she wants to destroy it.
While following the monster, Liza, William, and Lady Charlotte arrive at the party. All the guests were surprised to see the monster, only Clara was not afraid and went towards him. However, in self-defense, the monster hurt Clara. Before getting killed by William, the monster picks the fire touch from his hands and lights himself. At the end of the film, Vicar finds Victor Frankenstein’s diary, hoping for a sequel in the future.
